Wow, 1 tuần trôi qua mau quá, mới đây mà đả đến chủ nhật rồi. Thí week work, I was so busy with a lots of work, meeting and happen going on.
Wednesday, After I got to work, Shift change meeting like normal. Checked my e-mail, CEO send a message: " Finally, we bought the Gresham brand for 10 years already. to thanks for all of our employee who have been working at microchip for long, and some of them moving from Tempe. I have an idea thats I will let's all 4 shift in Gresham have a Anniversary party, and I will be there to cheer up with. Supervisors, please set it up, meeting with MAC team and single Employee to see how they want the party to be.......... blah blah blah." vậy là phải lên schedule để meeting. :pooper scooper:
Thursday, came in, another e-mail fro HR:" T, it's half of 2nd quarter of 2013 already, please be ready to submit all your employee Quarterly to HR like normal, Thanks, Linda from HR." Gosh, don't you guy know that's I'm hella busy already? vậy là lại set up new schedule to meeting with everybody at 1 time.
Friday, 5 of my 19 people call in plus 6 schedule out  ****, vậy là hôm nay lại short handed, hate summer. vậy là lại không có time dể finish mấy cái vụ meeting. tuy nhiên dc 3 người done, not bad. 
Staturday, woke up and ready go work. cầm ly coffee vừa bước ra khỏi nhà là lại muốn quay trở vô không đi làm, thứ 7 ma trời nóng như vậy chỉ có nước nằm nhà mà thôi! nhưng hôm nay free pizza day, phải vô để contact Pizza Hut to order. Got to work, 2 more call in. danm, 13 out of 19 is not at work. Borrow được 3 ppls, plus mình step down to help run production, hey I will watch you really careful when we short haned  . 10 người chạy tool thi move ko đươc nhiều but, heck go with it.  nhưng cuối cùng lại có kết quả ngạc nhiên our move it not slow, keep it in track, thanks all for your hard working. I owe you all donut. 
Sunday morning, after shift change mình phải ở lại để finish work from last night. hên là tối qua còn save 2 slices pizza. không là đói như con chó sói luôn rồi. Haizzz thiệt là khổ cái thân trâu bò của mình!
Về tới nhà, nhìn lịch mới thấy, oh **** chỉ còn có 4 ngày nửa thôi. 4 ngày nửa là mọi chuyện lại thay đổi. mà đây là sự thay đổi lớn nhất từ trước dến nay, như vậy sẻ rất là buồn. nhưng không còn cách nào hơn chỉ đàng buông tay mà thôi.
