vô Nagi Plain (Calm Land) and race the chocobo trainer there. You must beat her, after the race go to the top North border of Nagi Plain, the guard that standing there is now gone (to watch the race). Go down and get his Ultimate Weapon.
Upgrading it will be even harder cos you have to win the trainer with a time of less than 0.00s :blink: Very frustrating.... :P :lol:

Tui lấy được hết dressshere rồi bây giờ thì nghĩ chơi. Đang chơi Metal Gear Solid: Sons of Libertỵ Good game, plain confusing story and disapponting ending :P :P
